Specializations
My goal is to help you feel better as soon as possible! I believe in your body and brain's natural ability to heal itself with the support, guidance, and attunement of a trained, caring professional. I will help you gain insight and learn new skills to get you on the right path. I use an integrative approach to therapy, utilizing Somatic trauma therapies like Brainspotting and EMDR, Attachment Theory, Internal Family Systems, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I believe in the power of play, and incorporate Play Therapy with children. I believe that healing involves the mind, body, and spirit, and will include spiritual practices such as prayer, mindfulness, and meditation if requested. Together we will navigate your unique life circumstances and strive to reach your personal goals.

Christian Counseling
When our primary relationships are strained by conflict, miscommunication, or external stressors, it can take a toll on our mental health and well-being. I specialize in helping families to overcome adversity and establish strong, secure attachment.
Faith-based therapy combines spiritual wisdom with psychological theories and practices. I can include prayer, scripture reading, and other spiritual practices to encourage your emotional/spiritual health.
