What is a Trauma Intensive?

Trauma Intensives are an alternative to traditional weekly therapy. Intensives involve having several hours of therapy over multiple days. This approach can help focus treatment, increase the depth of work, and provide deep and lasting change in a rapid format. Intensives can also be completed monthly, quarterly or yearly to continue personal growth and healing.

Trauma Intensives are ideal for highly motivated clients looking to:

Significantly decrease symptoms of single event trauma (birth trauma, medical trauma, accident, etc)
Increase resilience in Complex and Developmental Trauma
Overcome blocks or feeling stuck in your life or healing journey

Two Half-Day Trauma Intensive

What to expect:

Pre-Intensive consultation and assessment of fit and goals
Two days of 4 hour sessions scheduled in close succession
A thorough intake and assessment to identify traumas to be healed, limiting negative self-beliefs, and therapeutic goals
Somatic Trauma Therapy which may include Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and Internal Family Systems
Expansion work to transition into a life you can now imagine!
Written follow up suggestions and encouragement for next steps
A one-hour post Intensive follow-up

$1650 - A total of 9 therapy hours (4 hours/day plus post intensive follow up)

Half-Day Trauma Intensive

What to expect:

Pre-Intensive consultation and assessment of fit and goals
4 Hours of therapy in a single day
A thorough intake and assessment to identify traumas to be healed, limiting negative self-beliefs, and therapeutic goals (unless already completed)
Somatic Trauma Therapy which may include Brainspotting, Somatic Experiencing, EMDR and Internal Family Systems
Expansion work to transition into a life you can now imagine!
